This is something I personally live by.

I have been in the Medical Field providing care services to the senior community for about seven years.
I personally know that a lot of my senior residents prefer to be at home, and just would appreciate a helping hand. 
Retirement communities can be overwhelming, Don't get me wrong a retirement/assisted community works well, but not for all.

I would like to create a care program where aging people have the right to live their lives as they choose with dignity and respect and above all quality.

To tell you,  I was raised with my grandparents, whom I cared for them in later days, and also cared for my husband and child who were both diagnosed with the cancer called Leukemia.

With all of that personal experience, I found I am passionate for caring.
I have also worked in assisted/retirement living communities. I learned to  love
and cared for and my passion just grew to love this field even more so.  
I enjoy their company, stories, their wisdom and personal experience.
